The Growth Gala is an annual fundraising event that raises awareness and funds for Project Iowa so we can continue to offer our workforce programming and services at little or no cost. However, and more importantly, it is a time that we come together as a community and celebrate the accomplishments of our past participants. We hear stories of hardships that were overcome, partnerships that were formed, success in individuals' professional and personal lives, and so much more. It is a special night that allows people from all walks of life to gather and live a shared experience together.

Project Iowa’s programs and services are offered at either no cost, or at the lowest cost possible. In order to continue our work and serve our diverse audience and mixed-income participants, we need your help.

Project Iowa offers a wide range of sponsorship packages to address the goals and budgets of sponsoring organizations, businesses, and individuals. Sponsors will have exposure to more than 250 individuals that live and support our community.
